<p>A transflective pixel arrangement which is suitable to be mounted on a substrate, including: a scanning line, formed on the substrate; a gate dielectric layer, formed on the substrate and covering the scanning line; a data line, formed on the gate dielectric layer; a protective layer, formed on part of the gate dielectric layer and covering the data line; a transparent pixel electrode, formed on the protective layer; a reflective pixel electrode, formed on exposed part of the gate dielectric layer; and a double-drain TFT, formed on the substrate, wherein the double-drain TFT including a gate electrode, a channel layer, a source electrode and two drain electrodes, said source electrode being electrically connected to the data line, said two drain electrodes being electrically connected to the transparent pixel electrode and the reflective pixel electrode, and said gate electrode being electrically connected to the scanning line.</p> |
