<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and reliability of a heat exchanger which operates as an evaporator. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 6 obtains the fuel gas for a fuel cell system from the liquid fuel by evaporating it using hot gas. The liquid fuel is supplied by a pump 14 and stored in a heat exchanger.
