<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform multiple detection on the angle of inclination of an object to be inspected by a compact constitution, in an angle detecting apparatus, a light signal switching system, and an information recording and reproducing system, and to thereby improve various performances such as apparatus reliability, detection accuracy, and detection range in the angle of inclination. <P>SOLUTION: The object to be inspected is provided with a reflecting plane for detection 5c and irradiated with laser light 2 from a laser light source 1 condensed by a condensing lens 3, and the location of light reflection is detected to detect the angle. The reflected light is made incident onto a beam splitter 4. Its optical path is divided by an optical path dividing plane 4b so as to form spots of light flux in light receiving planes of quadripartite light receivers 10A and 10B. By changing the optical path length between the reflecting plane 5c for detection and each light receiving plane, angle detection sensitivity etc are alterable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
