<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic glycoprotein refining apparatus for automatically, aseptically, securely and efficiently refining a glycoprotein such as fibronectin etc. from blood plasma and a solution cartridge, a column cartridge and a flow path cartridge simply and securely used in the refining apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A blood plasma container 45 for accommodating the blood plasma, a first buffer solution container 44 filled with a first buffer solution, an eluate container 43 filled with an eluate and a second buffer solution container 42 filled with a second buffer solution are integrated into the solution cartridge 4. The solution cartridge 4 is mounted to a solution cartridge mount 21 of a cartridge mount 2 provided in a body 1. The column cartridge 5 is mounted to a column cartridge mount 22.
