<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture book making support server for inviting a demand related to a picture book making and efficiently supporting the picture book making, and its control method and program. <P>SOLUTION: A Web server 110 stores a plurality of kinds of work block candidate information for each of a plurality of work blocks that are components of a work of picture book, and generates a selection screen for identifiably displaying each work block candidate information selectable in each work block of one work of picture book. The selection screen is transmitted to a consumer terminal 150, and selection information showing each work block candidate information selected through the selection screen is received from the consumer terminal 150.
