<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intellectual property management device and its program which can be managed together with accounting information related to the intellectual property as well as intellectual property right granting procedure information and intellectual property transfer contract information. <P>SOLUTION: This intellectual property management device includes a data processing part 11, a management data table storage part 12, an operation part 13, a display part 14 and a data input/output part 15.
