<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain customer information in real time, to transparently and fairly conduct a drawing process of a prize application used for a collection of the customer information as a participatory style, and to efficiently obtain broad customer information. <P>SOLUTION: When a server 10 connected to Internet N collects customer information from an optional client 20 connected to the Internet N, the optional client 20 accesses the server 10 based on an article ID and URL, which are previously displayed on a certificate of an actual article or service by means of printing or provided by a purchase of a virtual article, and obtains a drawing ID.
