摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traceability system which all businesses concerned with the traceability for perishable goods can participate to with a small amount of investment and can flexibly handle a case if the perishable goods is divided in a step for processing.

SOLUTION: Information concerned with processing/distribution for the perishable goods is separated into relay information, which is the information for a route for the processing/distribution, and handling information, which is the information for a processing state in each step of the processing/distribution. The above relay information is converted to a relevant information code and distributed by displaying it on the perishable goods as an object of the handling. This enables to reduce a cost for each of a label concerned with the display, make it easy to duplicate the above label when the perishable goods as the object of the handling is divided, and realize the traceability system which can flexibly handle it.
