<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an air conditioner equipped with a blower and a filter means and capable of providing multiplier effect in generation of air stream between the blower and the filter and in power consumption and preventing giving adverse effect to other elements of the air conditioner even when incorporating the filter means. <P>SOLUTION: This controller for the air conditioner 2 in a vehicle compartment for an automobile equipped with the blower 4 and the filter means for purifying air is provided with an electric circuit including power supply 42, a main switch 44, a control panel 46, and a wind velocity adjusting module 48 for applying a voltage corresponding to wind velocity selected by the control panel 46 to the blower 4.
