PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain information providing server capable of providing information related to a grain grown by a producer to a purchaser.

SOLUTION: This grain information providing server 11 comprises an input and output control means 22 for receiving a retrieval condition related to a grain from a purchaser terminal 12, a control part 21 for retrieving grain characteristic information related to grains stored in a master database 24 by producers, and a means for transmitting retrieved grain characteristic information to the purchaser terminal 12. When an order of a grain is accepted from the purchaser terminal 1, a ledger sheet related to the grain the order of which is accepted is created, and the formed ledger sheet is transmitted to the purchaser terminal 12.
