MANAGEMENT SERVER, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME SEVER, AND PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the electronic movie album of an event such as a trip or ceremonial occasion by a simple method.

SOLUTION: A management server 101 assigns a storage area structured to store contents(pictures/videos photographed or recorded by participants in an event) transferred from the participants corresponding to a schedule by using a contents transfer terminal 102 to each of those participants of the event to be advanced according to the schedule. Then, the contents provided by each of those participants are stored in the storage area corresponding to each of those participants according to the preparation date of the contents. Then, a freely attachable/detachable recording medium prepared for each of those participants is made to store an application program capable of reproducing the contents in the recording medium and the contents stored in the storage area assigned to each participant by changing it to the designation of the storage area to be referred to by the application program.
