PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that noises are generated by resonating a stopper portion of a cylindrical liquid sealed transmission mount, which has the resin stopper portion for restricting excessive relative displacement between a rigid outer cylinder member and an inner cylinder member in the radial direction, to amplify gear noises generated on a transmission side and conveying them into a vehicle room. SOLUTION: The cylindrical liquid sealed vibration proofing mount 10 has the outer cylinder member 12 and the inner cylinder member 14, a rubber elastic body 16 provided therebetween, a liquid chamber 24, and the resin stopper portion 38. In a method for tuning the vibration frequency of the stopper portion 38 in the longitudinal and turning-down directions of a vehicle, a metal core member 54 having a base end fixed to the inner cylinder member 14 and configured to rise from the inner cylinder member 14 toward the end of a resin body 40 is provided in the state of being embedded in the resin body 40.
