PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for image display and an image processor that detect and report a moving body present in an imaging area of an imaging device. SOLUTION: The image processor 1 is equipped with a microcomputer 10 which detects a change area in image frames acquired from a camera 20 successively in time series and an image processing part 12 having an image data generation part 15 which puts together frame image data arranged surrounding the change area detected by the microcomputer 10, an enlarged image acquired by extracting and enlarging the change area, and area image data indicating an imaging area of the camera 20 imaging the change area in the image frame acquired from the camera 20.
