<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a complaint by use of a spreadsheet of EXCEL. <P>SOLUTION: Text data on a question from a customer, the compliant, a questionnaire result or the like are inputted by an input device 1 of a computer set in an overseas affiliated company, and are stored in a customer relationship database 2. A necessary item is extracted from the text data to produce a Spool Report 3, and the Spool Report 3 are provided to a supply management BL together with extracted data 4. An EXCEL Data Sheet 5 is produced on the basis of the Spool Report 3, and item totaling, problem item retrieval, word retrieval, and a retrieval and counting process of the number of word appearance times or the like, are executed on the basis of the spreadsheet 5, and a processed result is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
