<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the burden of the worker and realize high efficiency of work in the dividing work of the panel and funnel of the CRT. <P>SOLUTION: The line heaters H1, H2 are mounted respectively on the air cylinders A1, A2, and the air cylinders A1, A2 are moved by pneumatic pressure on the shaft 6. The line heaters H1, H2 heat the opposing two sides and their vicinity of the jointing part of the panel and funnel of the CRT. An ultrasonic sensor 10a is mounted on the air cylinder A1, and a reflecting plate 11 is mounted on the air cylinder A2. The distance between the guides G1, G2 is automatically measured by an ultrasonic distance measuring instrument composed of the ultrasonic sensor 10a and the reflecting plate 11. During the heating time corresponding to the measured distance, the opposing two sides and the vicinity of the jointing part of the panel and the funnel of the CRT is heated by the line heaters H1, H2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
