<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically coupled device capable of simplifying an assembly process and miniaturizing a device. <P>SOLUTION: In the optically coupled device 1, a light-emitting element 2 is provided at an input side and a light receiving element 3 that is turned on by receiving light from the light-emitting element 2 is provided at an output side. The light-emitting element 2 comprises a flexible transparent resin substrate and an organic EL element formed on the flexible transparent resin substrate. The flexible transparent resin substrate is arranged opposite to the side of the light receiving element 3.
