PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a case opening and closing detection switch even if electronic equipment is dropped in the switch mechanism for detecting opening and closing state of a folding type electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A hinge shaft cam unit and a switch part unit are integrated in the hinge part. A case (A) of the hinge shaft cam unit is fixed to a first case. A case (B) of a switch part which switches on and off according to the relative rotation of the hinge shaft cam unit is fixed to a second case. When the first case is closed, the protrusion of a cam (C) overlaps on the protrusion of the cam (D) by the rotation of the shaft cam, and the movable contact is pushed, and the switch is turned on. When the first case is opened, the protrusion of the cam (D) is separated from the protrusion of the cam (C), and the movable contact returns and the switch is turned off. Since the switch mechanism is not exposed, breakage of the opening and closing detection switch can be prevented. Furthermore, there is no evil effect to the magnetic card.
