PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave oven in which the supply mode of the microwave to the heating chamber can be changed according to the heating object. SOLUTION: A heating chamber 10 is formed in the main body frame 5 of the microwave oven. A radiating antenna 15 is installed below the heating chamber 10. The radiating antenna 15 is constructed so that the distance from the bottom face 5X of the body frame 5 may be changed, as the member housed in an antenna drive box 16 is operated appropriately. The microwave oscillated by a magnetron 12 is supplied to the heating chamber 10 through a waveguide 19 and the radiation antenna 15. When the height position of the radiation antenna 15 is changed, the supply mode of the microwave to the heating chamber 10 is changed.
