PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform design evaluation whose ease of use and reliability are improved. SOLUTION: An overall model construction part 18 creates an overall model by combining shape models of respective parts of a casing and loaded components of a designed devices, and stores it in a data file storage part 19. An input data processing part 25 previously inputs data on a design reference on a size and structure strength and stores them in a prescribed storage part. Processing parts 26 to 28 calculate the sizes of the respective parts of the casing based on the overall model created by the model construction part 18. When the size that does not satisfy the design reference exists, data on the appropriate size and the relevant shape are changed for the overall model. Processing parts 29 to 32 calculate power per unit area on the respective parts of the casing based on data on the overall model and the mounted components.
