PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision and reliability when measuring a tow value of a tire. SOLUTION: A system A for measuring the tow value of the tire comprises: a rotary drive mechanism 5 for rotating a pair of left and right tires 31 of an automobile 2 riding into an inspection stage 1; a camera unit 6 arranged in the rear of the tire 31; and a camera unit 7 arranged in front of the tire 31. The optical axis of the objective lens of cameras in the camera units 6, 7 is installed while crossing or approaching an axle 15 of the tire 31 and 32, and the same tread pattern of the tires 31, 32 can be photographed from a direction being vertical to it.
