PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for controlling a nematode by which a chemical pesticide in the control of the nematode is supplemented or substituted. SOLUTION: The method for controlling the harmful plant-parasitic nematode involves applying an effective amount as the total of cultured products obtained by culturing Pasteuria spp. parasiting on the nematode, and Myrothecium verrucaria of filamentous fungi, and having a nematocidal activity, or an equivalent thereof to a crop to be protected, the harmful plant-parasitic nematode or a habitat of the harmful plant-parasitic nematode.
