PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing strip cap capable of perfectly preventing illegal unsealing. SOLUTION: This sealing strip cap is equipped with an inside plug 1 wherein a screw cylinder 8 is erected on a top wall 2 continuing into an upper end of an outer cylinder 5, and an upper lid 20 wherein an inner peripheral surface of a skirt 21 is provided with a screw part 24 to be screwed into the screw cylinder. The sealing strip cap is also equipped with a sealing strip 15 which is erected on the outer peripheral part of the top wall, and a ratchet mechanism R which is composed of a locking tooth part 16 of an inner surface of a lower end of the sealing strip and a pawl part 25 of an outer surface of a lower end of the skirt.
