<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from leaking into a compartment caused by a wire harness penetrating a through hole. <P>SOLUTION: While a grommet 11 mounted to the wire harness 10 is fitted into the through hole H and wired from an engine room E into the compartment Y, a group of electric wires (w) are allowed to face down and then turned upward again at a wiring section at the side of the engine room E adjacent to the grommet mounting section, and a downward electric wire 13 at a U turn section 12 is exposed without taping. The U turn section 12 is inserted while being accommodated into one corrugate tube 16, and water entering the inside of the wire harness 10 in the engine room E is drained by fall caused by dead weight through a lower end opening 17 in the corrugate tube 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
