<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile information device, an identification device and an identification system that can secure a high-degree security without accompanying complicatedness at the time of performing authentication. <P>SOLUTION: The identification system has a DNA data analyzer 2 connected through the Internet 1, a database 3 for DNA data analysis, and an identification server 4. The system also has a membership information/charging database 5, an information/service providing server 6, and a contents/database 7 for provided services, etc. The DNA data analyzer 2 is connected with a radio transmitting and receiving section 22 and an identification device 21. In addition, the mobile information device 8 which can be fitted to an arm is provided with a function of communicating with the transmitting and receiving section 201 and outputs personal/membership IDs and reference data for finger print identification. The identification device 21 detects and stores the biological information of users.
