<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far infrared radiation sheet, in which power consumption of the far infrared radiation sheet using carbon fiber-mixed paper can be restricted very low compared to conventional far infrared radiation sheets, in which far infrared ray capable of activating cells in a living body can be efficiently radiated even when power consumption is restricted, and in which far infrared ray radiated by the living body itself can be efficiently let out as well as heat and sweat emitted from an affected part of the living body as heated by conduction heat from the surface of a warm heat sheet and radiation energy of the far infrared ray to provide comfortable feel of application to a user. <P>SOLUTION: In this far infrared radiation sheet 1, a far infrared radiation sheet main body 1a using carbon fiber-mixed paper 2 is enveloped with an insulation body 3. On the far infrared radiation sheet main body 1a, at least a pair of electrodes 4 are provided between an electrode 4a on one side and an electrode 4b on the other side having a prescribed interval.
