<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition which contains low concentration pigment, has excellent sensitivity and developability and can be used for forming a color filter having high color density in the practical film thickness, and to provide a high quality color filter using the colored photosensitive resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition is used for forming a pixel of the color filter having such a chromaticity that (x) satisfies the relation (1): 0.18<x<0.33 and (y) satisfies the relation (2): 0.63<y<0.80, when the chromaticity of the pixel of the color filter is expressed by a chromaticity coordinate (x, y) in an XYZ color specification system. The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a colorant (A), a binder resin (B), a photopolymerizable compound (C), a photopolymerization initiator (D) and solvent (E) and, therein, the colorant (A) contains blue pigment and yellow pigment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
