<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply produce a chemical microdevice having a large number of fine pattern holding parts, which hold a sample on the surface of a plate, formed thereto to inexpensively mass-produce the chemical microdevice of a constant quality, and to properly detect the fluorescence from the sample when the sample held to each of the holding parts is irradiated with exciting light to detect fluorescence. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical microdevice having a large number of the fine pattern holding parts, which hold the sample on the surface of the plate, formed thereto is obtained by injection molding using a plastic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
