<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adjustments quickly and accurately so as to reduce a maintenance time when a substrate is replaced in a system in operation. <P>SOLUTION: The management device is equipped with a board production number storage 5 which stores the serial number of a part mounted on a prescribed apparatus, a serial number detector 110 which detects the serial number of a part mounted on the prescribed apparatus and compares the detected serial number with the stored serial number, and a notification unit 7 which outputs identification information indicating that the detected serial number and the stored serial number are different from each other when it is found that the detected serial number and the stored serial number are different from each other as a comparison result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
