<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding apparatus capable of certainly sealing and joining workpieces to be ultrasonically welded. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic welding apparatus is equipped with workpieces 2 and 3 to be ultrasonically welded, receiving pieces 11 and 13 for receiving the workpieces 2 and 3, and the pressure sensors 9 provided to the receiving pieces 11 and 13.
