PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage bag for gathering garbage capable of preventing torn-off of a hand extension part when carrying in the condition in which an opening part of the bag is opened, while holding one of the hand extension parts. SOLUTION: This garbage bag for gathering garbage is a plastic film bag formed with the hand extension parts on both sides of a bag main body 1, and formed with a bag opening part 15 by notching a part between the inner edges of both the hand extension parts. One of the hand extension parts is formed into a wide hand extension part 11, and the other is formed into a narrow hand extension part 12, and width of the wide hand extension part is formed larger than that of the narrow hand extension part.
