PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance rigidity of a stator fitting part, and to improve flexibility in the shape of a fitting seat face of the stator fitting part. SOLUTION: A stator 4 of a magnet-type generator comprises a laminated core 41 and a clip 46, that holds a protective tube 44 for protecting a connection part 47 of a coil terminal 43 of a power generation coil 42, wound on the salient pole of the laminated core 41 and an external lead wire 45. The laminated core 41 is fitted to an annular stator-fitting part 21 of an engine case 2, and the clip 46 is fixed to the laminated core 41 on the side of the stator fitting pat 21 with a screw 53. The laminated core 41 is provided with a screw head housing part 41c, which houses a screw head 53a so that the head 53a of the screw 53 does not interfere with a fitting seat face 21b of the stator-fitting part 21.
