PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a floor face by preventing scattering of heat by integrating and circulating a suction area and an exhaust area. SOLUTION: A necessary space is provided between a suction opening 2 and the floor face, and the suction area 3 is secured by adjustment of a support bolt 7. The suction area 3 and the exhaust area 5 are coaxially turned, integrated, and circulated. The suction opening 2 is provided in a lower side of a center core part of a casing 6, and an exhaust opening 4 is provided in a whole area of an outer circumferential part.
