PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis which stabilizes intervertebral joints in compression, in tension, or in rotation and prevents the debris from spreading to the surrounding tissues from an implanted site. SOLUTION: The intervertebral joint prosthesis includes an artificial intervertebral joint ligament, a superior intervertebral joint component, an inferior intervertebral joint component, and a ligament. Consequently, the intervertebral joints are stabilized, and the artificial ligament of a capsule shape prevents the debris form spreading to the surrounding tissues from the implanted site.
