PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adverse effects of pumping for driving an inductance load by a capacitor inputted positive/negative power supply. SOLUTION: Switching devices 7, 8 are connected with the diodes 3, 4 in the capacitor inputted positive/negative power supply in parallel, respectively. The switching devices 7, 8 are brought into conduction while the diodes 3, 4 have conduction, thus eliminating generation of an imbalance between the charges of capacitors 5, 6 due to the pumping.
