SIMULTANEOUS BIDIRECTIONAL INPUT/OUTPUT CIRCUIT AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous bidirectional input/output circuit and method in which a noise margin is improved. SOLUTION: A receiver within the simultaneous bidirectional input/output circuit compares a bit line voltage with two differential voltages representing expected two voltages on a bit line based upon data driven at present by a driver within the simultaneous bidirectional input/output circuit.
