PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual mode piezoelectric filter by which attenuation amount is improved around a pass band at both sides. SOLUTION: The double mode piezoelectric filter comprises by: arranging two double mode piezoelectric filters formed by arranging in close proximity input/output electrodes on one piezoelectric substrate at specified spaced intervals; housing the piezoelectric substrate in a case for conducting and fixing the piezoelectric substrate; folding and breaking the piezoelectric substrate to split the two filters; and coming into contact with the two piezoelectric substrates each other through the folded and split surfaces.
