PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the propagation of vibration to a plate fixed with a vibration source or to a member fixed to the fixing plate in a structure where the vibration source, e.g. a vehicle-mounted speaker, is fixed to the fixing plate. SOLUTION: The fixing plate 12 is provided with a notched hole 30 in the vicinity of the speaker 20 (vibration source). The notched hole 30 is arranged arcuately along substantially a concentric circle centering about the speaker 20. More preferably, the cut hole 30 is filled with a filler 33 and a part 34 turned down to the rear side is provided at the edge part of the cut hole 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
