Static training, body fitness and muscle building apparatus (1) consists of flat, tubular, egg-shaped frame, adapted to user's size, with straight end member, with several middle struts (2) parallel to straight member. Struts divide space, in direction of longitudinal axis ergonomically. Centrally on apparatus, preferably between middle struts, is positively fitted vibrator. Typically below flat sections (4), for feet support, is located bridging material (6) for interruption of vibrations entering floor.
