The present discloses an improved process for the production of patterns for drawing letters, number and figures and their combinations over the substrates surface, which comprises preparing a suspension of a plastic material, in dissolvent and pouring the suspension in a mold having the configuration of the pattern characters that will be obtained as a result of the process; extending the suspension in a mold up to obtaining a uniform layer and heating the mold with the extended suspension; characterized for heating the suspension in the mold inside an oven, for a period of time of 1 to 3 minutes, at temperatures ranging between 600degree C and 1200degree C; cooling the formed pattern until reaching ambient temperature; cleansing the excess of material in the formed pattern; baking the pattern again inside the oven during a time of 1 to 3 minutes at temperatures of 600degree C and 1200degree C; letting the pattern to rest in the mold, cooling it down up to reaching ambient temperature; demolding the formed pattern and cleansing it to eliminate from it the remaining material. The invention also is related to the resultant novel pattern of the provided improved process.
