PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone washing method and ozone washing device capable of easily performing the work in a periodic ozone washing in a short time, suppressing the introduction cost for performing the ozone washing, and being introduced even to a small space. SOLUTION: This ozone cleaning washing device comprises a connecting pipe 3 connected to the middle of a water supply pipe 1 and an ozone water generating and supplying device 4 attachable to and detachable from the connecting pipe to carry the ozone water from the ozone water generating and supplying device 4 to the downstream-side water supply pipe connected to the connecting pipe 3 to wash the water supply pipe. The connecting pipe 3 comprises an internal passage opening and closing valve for opening and closing the internal passage by the connecting pipe 3, a feed port for feeding water to the ozone water generating and supplying device 4, and an intake port for taking the ozone water from the ozone water generating and supplying device 4 and carrying it to the connecting pipe 3 on the downstream side of the connecting pipe. |
