A bone screw cooperates with a threaded hole (14,16,18,20) for screwing an implant body into a bone. The threaded hole has an annular groove possessing a larger diameter than the thread's external diameter. A ring (22,24,26) of deformable material and possessing an internal diameter smaller than the external diameter of the thread (34) of the bone-screw (28) is held on the annular groove.
