PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device which attenuates noises. SOLUTION: Patterns PA, PB are formed in a linear shape each so as not to generate crossing, entangling or the like between different polarity from the commercial AC power side. A potential drop is generated by transistors Tr1, Tr2, sections having potential difference are also disposed linearly, and a fixed number or more of clearances are formed between even sections having the same polarity. Sections superposed in the longitudinal direction of a substrate 5 are reduced extremely even between patterns PA, PC and between patterns PB, PD, and the patterns PA, PB, PC, PD are placed approximately linearly along the longitudianal direction of the substrate 5. Stray capacitance is not formed among the patterns PA, PB, PC, PD having different polarity while stray capacitance is not generated even among the sections of different polarity in the patterns PA, PB, PC, PD having the same polarity. Even when the power device is used for an equipment with an inverter circuit, etc., particularly generating high frequency, high frequency waves can be prevented from flowing as it is short-circuited by stray capacitance, and the generation of noises can be obviated. |
