PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a DC voltage obtained through conversion of an AC input voltage. SOLUTION: When an AC power supply is in an ordinary state, a voltage equivalent to the phase voltage of the U-shape of an input voltage is outputted by a circuit which includes switching devices 5 and 6. A voltage equivalent to the phase voltage of the V-phase of the input voltage is outputted by a circuit including switching devices 7 and 8, a voltage equivalent to the phase voltage of a W-phase of the input voltage is outputted by a circuit including switching devices 9 and 10, a voltage equivalent to the phase voltage of the U-phase of an output voltage is outputted by a circuit including switching devices 11 and 12, a voltage equivalent to the phase voltage of the W-phase of the output voltage is outputted by a circuit including switching devices 13 and 14. |
