This invention demonstrates that placing 10mg of aspirin in each cigarette it is reduced the platelet aggregation, enough as to not forming the hemostatic plug avoiding myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction thus preventing thousands of deaths each year, with a well-tolerated aspirin dose of between 75 and 325 mg, daily in a consumption of 10 to 50 cigarettes per day; enough quantity as to block cyclooxygenase and not producing hemorrhages.
