FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should perform contact apparatus impact of a refrigerant upon tissues. Labile impact should be carried out at -2 to -3 C. Circular movements should be performed along impact area at 1-2 cm/sec rate. One should affect till diffuse hyperemia and feeling of burning. Stable impact should be conducted at -5 C. Refrigerant should be kept for 2-3 min at the site of impact's area to be replaced onto another section after the feeling of burning and skin whitening. Duration of one procedure corresponds to 10-20 min, 3-10 procedures/course. The method has no traumatic action upon motor structures. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 cl |
