FIELD: medicine, laser surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treating severe trophic ulcers I case of post-thrombotic disease and varicosis of inferior limbs. One should perform intravascular irradiation of the trunks of failed veins with high-intensity laser radiation. Beforehand, one should introduce a light guide into the trunk of tested vein. Before introducing a light guide one should additionally affect external surface of failed vein with high-intensity laser radiation of diode laser of 5 W power. Light guide should be supplied to the site of impact by punctures, and intravascular irradiation of failed veins should be carried out with laser irradiation of diode laser of 14 W power for 15 sec, not more. The present innovation enables to simplify the method of obliteration and decrease its traumaticity level. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of obliteration. ^ 2 ex |
