FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed cultivator has frame with beams on which acting working members are mounted. Said working members are made in form of cylindrical drums with horizontal axis of rotation square to direction of movement of cultivator. Groups of plate are arranged on surface of drums. Said plates are installed at some angle to generating surface fn series and in pairs meeting on axis of symmetry of drum cylinder developing surface. At translational movement of cultivator, drums with plates fitted on their surfaces, cut off tops of ridges and throw cut off soil to bottom of furrow. Simultaneously they loosen the soil. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of removal of weeds, provision of uniform distribution of soil over entire cultivator coverage. ^ 3 dwg |
