PURPOSE: A railroad car washing machine with a leakage testing apparatus is provided to improve the applicability of the machine and reduce the working time by simultaneously performing a washing and a leakage test. CONSTITUTION: A railroad car washing machine with a leakage testing apparatus includes a rail(2), a pair of frames(10), a plurality of washing brushes(20), a washing water injection nozzle(30), a water supplying unit, a pair of dry air nozzles(50), an air supplying unit, a pair of nozzle pipes(70) for leakage test arranged to an upper part of the frame to be across with the rail and connected to the water supplying unit, a flow rate control valve and a pressure control valve installed between the water supplying unit and the nozzle pipe to control the injection amount and pressure of the water injected from the nozzle pipe, a storming air nozzle(80) arranged to an upper side of the nozzle pipe to be parallel and connected to the water supplying unit, and a rotating unit(90) arranged to a side of the storming air nozzle to rotate the air nozzle.
