PURPOSE: Provided is an oxygen bleach composition which releases peroxycarboxylic acid together with an inorganic peroxide only in cleaning water by comprising a dialkanoyl benzene-based bleach activator, and has excellent hydrophilic or hydrophobic stain-removing property at low temperature, stability during storage, and bleach and germicidal power. CONSTITUTION: The oxygen bleach composition comprises 0.01-15pts.wt of the dialkanoyl benzene-based bleach activator represented by a general formula 1, based on 100pts.wt of the total bleach composition. In the formula 1, each L is independently formulas 2, 3 or 4, wherein R2 is an alkyl or alkylene having C1-20; Y is hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, -SO3M, -CO2M or -OSO3M, wherein M is hydrogen, alkali metal, ammonium ion or equivalent alkali earth metal; and each n is independently an integer of 1-30.
