PURPOSE: A sound absorbing panel is provided to have excellent sound absorbing and sound proofing effects by maximizing the absorptivity of sound waves by corrugating the front and the rear of a medium density fiberboard(MDF). CONSTITUTION: The sound absorbing panel comprises the steps of forming many hollows(2,3) vertically and horizontally on the front and rear of an MDF(1), forming through holes on the intersection of the front and rear hollows(2,3), attaching a veneer(5) on the front of the MDF(1) according to the interior conditions, then forming a lacquer layer(6) by placing transparent lacquer, and attaching a film sheet(7) on the front and rear.
